Posted by kati at October 29, 2012 11:37 AMThe internet and blogging is cool. Last night - when discussing with my 14 year old who, of our friends, is being effected by this storm (which is very hard for desert people in Las Vegas to even fathom,) I said "and Chris and Beth with Owen and Mia." He nodded and said "that's right. They are near DC, right? I hope they are ok."
We hope you are ok, Cactus-Fish family. Our thoughts are with you. Start drinking. It's totally allowed.
Posted by Mindy at October 29, 2012 12:12 PMDrinking sounds like a great idea. I stocked up on a Costco pumpkin pie yesterday to help me through the rain and wind.

Posted by NancyB at October 29, 2012 6:57 PMHere in Vermont there's not a beer to be found in any store within a 50 mile radius. I think that's all the answer you need ;)
